It is appreciated if you arrive 10-minutes prior to your first appointment. This ensures adequate time to complete any forms before seeing one of our rheumatologists.
Please bring the following to your appointment.
Your medicare card
Your referral letter from your GP
Medications, or a list of your current medications
Recent x-rays, or other relevant imaging studies
Any other relevant information
Cancelling an appointment
Please contact us at least one day in advance if you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other patients waiting to be seen.
Patient Fees
When you make an appointment, the reception staff will inform you about the expected fees and charges.
Payments are invoiced on the day of service. EFTPOS facilities are available and credit cards are accepted. Medicare rebates can be paid directly into your bank account.
